2025-12-18 · campaign 25V885000 · 45,047 vehicles

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Mustang Mache E vehicles. The Light Driver Control Module B (LDCMB) may fail, preventing the turn signals, daytime running lights, low beam, and high beam headlights from illuminating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Risk and remedy

Risk: A loss of exterior lighting can reduce the driver's visibility and the visibility of the vehicle to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Ford will release an over-the-air (OTA) update or dealers will update the LDCMB software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 28, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25C71. Structure

2026-08-25 · campaign 2026-410 · 1 vehicles

Issue: On one vehicle, the battery tray bracket may not have been attached properly. As a result, it could move in a crash and reduce crash performance. Safety Risk: Reduced crash performance could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their vehicle to a dealership to inspect and secure the battery tray bracket, as necessary.

Powertrain

2025-12-12 · campaign 2025-691

Issue: On certain vehicles, a problem in the integrated park module could cause the park pawl not to engage when the transmission is shifted to the park (P) position. If this happens, the vehicle could move when it's parked, and the parking brake isn't used. Note: This problem would cause a wrench light and a shift system fault message to be displayed in the instrument cluster. For the Maverick, Escape and Corsair models, this recall only affects vehicles equipped with a 2.5 L hybrid engine. For the F-150 model, this recall only affects Lightning (electric) models. Safety Risk: A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the secondary on board diagnostic module (SOBDMC) software.
