2023-08-14 · campaign 23V576000 · 181,999 vehicles

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Jeep Compass vehicles. Visual system

2024-06-13 · campaign 2024-338

Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to appear on the display. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. Note: For the Grand Cherokee model, this recall affects 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2021-2023 Grand Cherokee L models. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the radio software.

Lights and instruments

2023-08-14 · campaign 2023-457

Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem in the body control module (BCM) could cause the backlight for the instrument cluster display not to work correctly. As a result, you may not be able to see certain information about the vehicle, including the gauges, messages, and tell-tale graphics. Safety Risk: An instrument cluster display that isn't visible could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the body control module (BCM) software.
