Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 78D. Over-the-air fix

Visual system

2026-08-13 · campaign 2026-396

Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the vehicle is reversing. Note: This recall also affects Grand Cherokee L models and Grand Wagoneer L models. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the radio software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at an FCA dealership.

Wheels

2026-07-16 · campaign 2026-346 · 42 vehicles

Issue: On certain vehicles, the steel wheel(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the wheel(s) could crack and separate, causing a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could create the risk of a crash. A wheel that separates could create a road hazard for others. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the steel wheel(s) and valve stem(s).

Seats and restraints

2026-04-09 · campaign 2026-178 · 2 vehicles

Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the upper tether anchorage for installing a child car seat may not have been properly welded to the right-hand (passenger side) second-row seatback frame. As a result, the child seat tether strap could detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A child seat that is not properly secured could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
